In roller kilns, products are placed on supports or in cassettes. Rollers rotation ensures the progression of products through the kiln.
To ensure a continuous products feeding, a tunnel kiln installation includes:
- Support loading station at kiln entrance,
- Support unloading station at kiln exit,
- Support return track:
- An unloading station – with or without stock,
- A cleaning station for supports, supports checking,
- A product loading station.
